Our Class Timetable

Listed below is our schedule of classes.  At times, the Trainer may change, but the class times will remain the same.  It is advisable to get to the gym 15 minutes prior to the class commencing.

Monday

  • Zumba Gold – 9.30am-10.15am
  • HIIT Class – 18.00pm-18.45pm
  • Spinning Class – 19.00pm-19.45pm

Tuesday

  • Body Conditioning – 10.30am – 11.15am
  • Yoga – 18.00pm – 18.45pm
  • Circuit Training (all levels) – 19.00pm – 19.45pm

Wednesday

  • Body Conditioning (all levels) – 10.10am – 11.00am
  • BodyworX Bootcamp – 18.00pm – 18.45pm
  • Legs, Bums & Tums – 19.00pm – 19.45pm

Thursday

  • Circuit Training (Beginners) – 9.00am – 9.30am
  • Fab Abs (all levels) – 9.30am – 10.00am
  • HIIT (Advanced) – 10.00am – 10.30am
  • Circuit Training (Advanced) – 10.30am – 11.00am
  • Boxercise (all levels) – 18.15pm – 19.00m
  • BodyworX360 Glo-Fit – 19.30pm – 20.15pm

Friday

  • Core Class (all levels) – 10.00am – 10.30am
  • Boxercise (all levels) – 10.30am – 11.00am
  • Circuit Training (all levels) – 18.15pm – 19.00pm

Saturday

  • BodyworX Bootcamp – 9.10am – 10.00am

There are no classes on a Sunday.
